Tracy Rogers is a seasoned health care senior executive with over 28 years of experience operating hospitals and health systems in myriad markets, competitive spaces and ownership structures. Her strategic vision, in tandem with a keen results orientation, has led to significant goal achievement in both for-profit and faith-based organizations, spanning community health care delivery to tertiary urban/academic environments.
Tracy’s dynamism and innovative spirit drove a solid track record of success as a hospital chief executive officer and a system chief operating officer over decades of turnaround performance, focused on operations and growth as well as the integration of large complex, multi-faceted organizations. Her connection with physicians, board members, associates and colleagues fosters alignment in clinical service line development, quality care delivery, and patient satisfaction. Her discipline is unwavering on creating value through growth and efficiency.
Tracy also founded a professional consulting company earlier in her career, providing management solutions in the areas of health care strategy, contract negotiation, transactions, change management and health care leadership.
Tracy earned her BBA in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and her MBA from the University of South Dakota. She is a member of the Ascension Leadership Academy and is currently on the faculty of Loyola University’s Healthcare MBA program.
Rohit advises private equity and investment firms on new investments, M&As, and value creation opportunities.
He has over 30 years of general management, operational and strategy experience in global capital-intensive businesses in A&D, industrial, power generation, and technology industries, including M&A, JV and partnerships worth billions of dollars in Americas, Europe, and Asia. He has traveled to and done business in over 50 countries.
As a senior executive he has led complex global business operations and worked for companies like Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, Snap-On, ABB Switzerland, and Tata. He led P&L, business development, business and financial strategies, M&A / JVs, and cost restructuring across major programs (F35, C130, F16, and T-X).
He is a Board member, Big Brother Big Sister and Lone Star planning committee member for Texas. Advisory Board member at University of Texas, B-School.
Rohit holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India

Prior to forming EFG, Mr. Tolbert was the Chief Financial Officer and a Shareholder of Virginia College, a Birmingham, AL based career college, until the sale of the company in December 2004. Prior to investing in and joining Virginia College, Mr. Tolbert was the Founder and CEO of Career College Loan Company, a specialty consumer finance company, providing tuition financing to the for-profit education sector.
Mr. Tolbert has also worked for McKinsey & Company in the Financial Institutions Group and Morgan Stanley International in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
Mr. Tolbert has a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago
Mike Easley is a senior executive with over 40 years of experience in the public and private healthcare sector.
Since 2004, for 16 years Mike worked as Vice President for Hospital Services with Preferred Management Corp. He worked to keep Critical Access Hospitals open in Texas. Specifically, Mike was instrumental in the turn-around of eight distressed Critical Access Hospitals, their Rural Health Clinics and Emergency Medical Services. Five of the eight Hospitals built new replacement hospitals. Mike’s hospitals were the first Trauma Facilities in Texas to rely on Tele-medicine in the Emergency Department.
Previously, Mike worked for the state government as the Executive Director of Texas Center for Rural Health Initiatives and Director of the Texas State Office of Rural Health. He joined Outreach Health Services to lead the effort to privatize the WIC program in 84 rural Texas Counties. Prior to it Mike worked as Assistant Regional Director for the Texas Department of Health in Lubbock Texas.
Early in his career, Mike was instrumental in the creation of Texas’ Community Care Program, the first in the US. He joined a multi-state home health agency, Girling Health Care, as General Manager. One of his responsibilities was administration of the first for-profit home health agency in New York City with offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Mike served Texas Hospital Association as Chair of the Rural Hospital Constituency and a member of the Policy Council. He serves as an ex-officio board member of the Texas Hospital Insurance Exchange and President of the Texas Rural Health Association. He is a CASA volunteer and a deacon at Manchaca Baptist Church.
Mike received his Master of Public Administration degree from Texas State University.
Larry is a seasoned executive who has focused most of his career in the retail and high-tech sectors. Most of his career has been spent in either high growth or turnaround situations. He has spent over 20 years as a CEO. Amongst other postings, he has been:
· CEO of Stream Gas and Electric, a Dallas based provider of electricity and gas to more than 500,000 homes and businesses.
· CEO of CSK Auto, a 1,200 store auto parts chain with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion annually.
· CEO of CompUSA, a 250 store chain of computer stores. Larry was a senior executive and ultimately CEO of the chain as it grew from $150 million in annual sales to $6 billion.

· Jerome’s Furniture
He also has served and continues to serve on the boards of several smaller, private and nonprofit companies.
A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Beck has practiced as a health care attorney since 1985. He has a wide range of experience including False Claims Act investigation and defense, healthcare regulatory and reimbursement matters, compliance program implementation and audits, government relations, crisis management, and corporate governance.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Beck was executive director of the D.C. Health Care Association from 1993 to 2003, and chaired the Board of Directors of St. John’s Community Services, the oldest non-church charity in Washington, D.C.
Since 2000, he has served as sole in-house health care counsel for Beverly Enterprises, Inc.; as General Counsel to its successor, Golden Living; and as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Sava Senior Care. In his current role as Chief Legal Officer for Signature HealthCARE, David is proud to be part of Signature’s mission of leading radical change across the healthcare landscape to transform lives.
